Next Generation Dance Studio offers classes in Tap, Jazz and Classical Ballet. Exams are available to eligible students participating in Level 1 and above classes. The exam syllabus followed is through the Southern Federation of Dance. This syllabus is vastly comprehensive and provides the foundation to help students with excellent technique and skills to further their dance training.
Whilst exams are not compulsory, we strongly encourage students to work towards these as it builds self confidence and helps them to improve their technique. Exams also help to set goals for students to work towards as dancers.
We also have an exciting new syllabus on offer through the Southern Federation of Dance called Dance Fusion. Dance Fusion is an exciting blend of genres exploring styles such as Bollywood, Cheerleading, Jive, Contemporary, Hip-Hop and many more. It provides the skills to develop versatile dancers and performers. These classes are recommended for dancers aged 12 and above who have had some experience in dance.

Masterclasses are offered to all exam students in Level 3 and above. These classes are run through the Southern Federation of Dance and are held at the Victorian College of the Arts,
St. Kilda Road, Southbank. Masterclasses are taken by an experienced examiner and are designed to give students extra instruction and tips before their exam. Students thoroughly enjoy taking part in Masterclasses as it gives them the opportunity to dance with students from other dance schools across Melbourne.
Fees
½ hour a week - $55 per term
45 minutes per week - $80 per term
1 hour per week - $105 per term
All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of each term. Fees can be paid via credit card, EFTPOS, direct deposit, cheque or cash.
Discounts will be offered for families, and for students participating in multiple classes.
